This magnificent penthouse of 110 sqm offers the wonderful combination of an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. Equipped with huge windows, is completely flooded with light, and the wonderful terrace of 100 sqm offers guests the unique opportunity to enjoy the great outdoor living surrounded by beautiful scenery. The charming apartment is located on the seventh and last floor of a newly renovated condominium in Via Rialto a few steps from St. Peter’s and the Vatican Museums. This is a stylish and elegant penthouse with all the comforts and amenities to make your stay in Rome an unforgettable experience. Via Rialto is a quiet street in the middle of a crowded area of shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities.
The metro Stop Cipro (line A) is just around the corner, and numerous public transports (tram, bus and taxi) which link this area to all others of the city, stationed in the nearby Piazza Risorgimento, the hub of the neighborhood. In Via Ostia, there is one of the famous market of fruits and vegetables in town: Mercato Trionfale.
