The apartment on the first floor of the building, spacious 60 sqm., Shall consist of a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and wooden floors, furnished with period furniture and a divan-bed, a living-dining room roofs with wooden beams and tiled floors, furnished with dining table for four guests, sofa and corner cupboard with lcd tv and dvd. The bathroom is old English majolica with sanitary and shower. There is also a large kitchen, always in majolica, with window, independent of the other rooms, with gas stove, fridge with frezer and laundry room with washer / dryer. The entire apartment is air conditioned and soundproofed and lit by two large balconies to the waist (french window). The guesthouse is located just steps from the ‘Four Corners'(Quattro Canti), crossroads.
