This charming villa recently built (July 2012) is offering this nice apartment, with modern features, located under the owner’s apartment, but they are independent and fenced, with small garden and private parking. Is situated in a tourist residential complex 300 m from the sea, in one of the most beautiful beaches in the province. Sea within walking distance, both in free beach with facilities. Even without a car you can reach pizzerias and restaurants in the evening and a small shopping center. Just 4 km from the center of Marsala and 15 km from the airport of Trapani. Marsala is not well connected with public transport, so is better to rent car, but for sure is a strategic point to see many others places. (Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo….) It’s a possibility to rent by owner also the boat with captain and organize a nice trip. (up to 15 persons for day trip, up to 7 persons for sleep in the boat.) Gay friendly!
