Spartacus Deluxe is located on the first floor (with elevator) of an elegant building decorated with marble statues and plaster. Recently renovated with a particular taste and attention to detail, the apartment has a modern aspect, and it is very functional. It is entirely covered with parquet. The white furnishing is predominance, which gives the apartment an accent of warm and brightness. The large windows make the apartment even more bright. The entrance opens with a long corridor, with a broad and capacious closet, followed by a beautiful bathroom with double sink, large shower and washer/dryer.
The cozy living room is cleverly furnished, using the play of light created by the alternation of black and gray. It is composed of a comfortable sofa (that can be transformed into a double bed), satellite TV. The kitchen corner is also here, it has a table with 4 chairs, is fully equipped with quality appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle etc. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful en suite bathroom with double sinks and a beautiful jacuzzi.
The apartment also has air conditioning, WiFi, central heating with radiators in every room, double glazed windows, high tech lighting system, all this for your maximum comfort, to make your stay in Rome really special!

Elegant and comfortable apartment in Via Muzio Clementi, a quiet street in the heart of Rome a few steps from the Ara Pacis, the altar dedicated to the Peace in 9 BC by the emperor Augustus. With a walk of about 20 minutes you can reach the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso and the Trevi Fountain. If you prefer to use the public transport, close to the apartment there are more stops of bus lines that go to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and other major tourist attractions of Rome. The area is also populated with trendy wine bars, cafes and restaurants, perfect for enjoying a cappuccino or a good Italian wine.
Rental rates is always suitable for 2-4 people.

My wife and I will be in Rome from July 2 to 6. Would this apartment be available (Ara Pacis Deluxe). Also, does it have a clothes washer?
