About the apartment
Elegantly decorated, spacious and sunny, this 120sqm apartment is located on the third floor and complete with modern conveniences. It is furnished with style and taste, including original italian art pieces and antiques. The living room has a sitting area with two double sofas, a glass dining table with six chairs, a 42″ TV and a computer workstation and printer. The dining room has a kitchenette and a table seating up to eight people. There is a dressing room with two sinks as well as a large bathroom comprised of double shower with color therapy, toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms are very spacious (26m2 each) and furnished with four-poster king size beds, bedside tables, armchairs, two extra single beds in each room, wardrobes and 42″ TV. Giulia and Flavia apartments are located in the same building, one above the other, together they can accommodate families or groups of friends up to 13 people.
Around the apartment
The apartment is located right next to the Piazza della Repubblica, with the beautiful “Fontana delle Naiadi”, the “Warner Bross” theater and the “Marthyr’s and Angel’s Basilica”. Piazza della Repubblica is a semi-circular square in Rome, at the summit of the Viminal Hill, next to the Termini station. It is served by the Repubblica – Teatro dell’Opera Metro station. Fontana di Trevi is whitin walking distance, just as the Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Barberini, and Colosseo. Shops of any style, restaurants can be found along the Via Nazionale, one of the most important streets of Rome city center. The numerous bus lines and the metro make this place to be a good starting point of your city tour.
