This magnificent accommodation of 90 sqm, tastefully renovated, offers the wonderful combination of an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. Equipped with huge windows, is completely flooded with light, and the wonderful garden of 70 sqm offers guests the unique opportunity to enjoy a great outdoor living.
This very spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It opens with a long corridor running through the apartment and connecting all the rooms. The two large double bedrooms, quiet and bright as the rest of the apartment are comfortable and equipped with large closets. There are two comfortable bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. The living area consists of living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining area with a beautiful glass table and an elegant white piano. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, etc. A French door makes possible the access to the magnificent garden furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy a delicious lunch outside, deck chairs for sunbathing and barbecues. There is also a private brand new gym. The apartment has an efficient central heating and also has TV, Hi-Fi system with CD player, Airconditioning and wifi connection upon request.

This charming apartment is located on ground floor in Via Nicolò V,a few steps away to the Vatican Museum and the Cathedral of St. Peter: a quite area right in the city centre ! The St. Peter train station is very close by and at 3 minute walking distance, and you can find numerous public transportation means (tram, bus or taxi) which link the area to all the other areas of the city.
Rental rates is always suitable for 4 -6 people. For a long stay great discount!
