This elegant apartment is on the second floor of an elegant building in Via della Vite, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and the boutiques of Via dei Condotti. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished in a modern way, respecting the most ancient decorative elements such as the beautiful oak-beamed ceilings, typical of the most ancient Roman residences. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa (convertible into double bed), a large LCD TV and dining table; the kitchen corner has a breakfast bar with chairs and it is fully equipped with quality appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, kettle etc.
The master bedroom is very spacious and has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe four seasons and two bedside tables, wooden floors and ceiling beams make it very romantic. For Leisure or recreation there is a nice studio room very bright and equipped with a desk and a bookcase. The bathroom is brand new and has a large shower and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, free wifi internet connection, central heating, double glazed windows and everything you need for maximum comfort and to make your stay in Rome unforgettable!

Refundable damage deposit:For the reservation of this apartment is requested a security deposit of 300 €, to be paid at the arrival in cash, it will be given back at the departure of the client after checking status of the apartment.
Rental rates is always suitable for two people.
