Nice apartment recently renovated of 100 square meter, on the second floor with lift of a prestigious building of the early XX century, cared and carefully guarded. Quiet, very bright, soberly furnished, the apartment is composed of 4 bright and spacious rooms all with double beds and one single bed, in order to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
One room has also a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the green inner courtyard. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, separate from the dining area with table and chairs and TV. The apartment has also three large bathrooms with shower (one en-suite), WiFi, TV in all rooms, independent heating and washing machine.

This spacious and bright apartment is located in the center of the city, in the heart of the Papal Rome, in one of the most quiet and pleasant street in the elegant Prati district, just three minutes from the Vatican in front of Castel Sant’Angelo. It is also strategically located in via Boezio; in the surroundings streets you can find all the requirements for shopping, from street markets to supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, cinemas, restaurants, clothing stores, ice cream shops, famous bars, pubs and other nice attractions.
