Located in a 19th century building, 5th floor with lift, it is divided into a comfortable living room with a sofa which can be turned into two single beds, a large and equipped kitchen (with washing machine), a nice double bedroom, and a tidy bathroom with tub. It has an area of 55 sq. meters, is suitable for 2/4 people, cosy and bright and has wooden floors and independent central heating. The multiracial neighborhood offers a colorful range of shops and amenities, but most of all the easy chance to visit the heart of Rome and its surroundings.
Around the apartment:
Nice and cozy apartment, central, close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the ancient basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, easily accessible thanks to its good location, near Termini Train station, and the (Vittorio Emanuele) metro stop.
Rental rates is always suitable for 2-4 people. More guests – great discount for you!
