This beautiful baroque residence recently renovated (2012) and refined with a careful restoration in order to maintain the classical elements such as decorated ceilings, ancient floors, beautiful decor of the door moldings, but with a drive towards the use of modern materials new design and high technology aimed to amplify the sense of comfort and welcome that transmits this house (floor heating, central air conditioning, radio, alarm systems, etc.).
The apartment is inserted in the context of a palace (palace of Asmundo Gisira) which has also completely renovated under the protection of the Fine Arts, with its baroque friezes and the beautiful terraces with arcades insists on one of the most ‘beautiful squares Catania (Pzza Mazzini), to 100 meters from the Cathedral, in the center of the historic fish market and vegetable every day that attracts thousands of tourists for its picturesque scenes, a few steps from the port of Catania, where ‘You can rent a boat or a sailboat with skipper and chef on board to enjoy the beautiful coastal Verga, Taormina, Syracuse, Aeolian Islands, day trips or short stays on board with all the comforts.

The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with shower and bath in the center of the room, from which you can ‘also have access to a large walk-in closet shared with the second bedroom.
