Vacation villa in Mondello well-renomated seaside town just 5 Km from Palermo. The charming villa surrounded by a well-kept lush garden with plants and flowers is at walking-distance from the sea.
The two-floored home consists of a day area on the ground level with a spacious and luminous living room with windows and French doors that lead to the outside veranda with garden view. The living room is furnished with style and confortable white couches and flat screen TV. The dining area with its solid wood table and chairs offers a comfortable modern Sicilian ambience enriched by fresh white linen drapes.
From the dining area a small hallway leads to the cozy kitchen in typical Sicilian built-in style with fresh white tiles and light blue counter furnished with every necessaire for culinary preparing. A practical shower bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen.
From the living room an open teak staircase leads to the first floor with a sitting room, two bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom in the azure and white has a Provencal dresser and doorwindows that open towards the garden-view balcony. The pretty green and white double bedroom has the possibility of a third bed. The contiguous terrace with pergola shade curtains and deckchairs is a perfect solarium.
The villa is provided with central heating, air-conditioning and WI-FI.
Extra single bed 20 Euros per night.
Bicycles available at 2 Euros each per day.
